Position: Tax Staff Accountant

Minimum one year tax experience
CPA or CPA candidate
QuickBooks experience
Strong communication skills

Tax preparation for individuals and entities
Tax planning
Year-end closing and adjusting entries
Develop and maintain client communication
Perform compilation engagements

Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with focus, initiative, and the ability to work without significant oversight.

In charge of monthly client billing system
Detailed record keeping
Supporting role for CEO
Liaison with outside HR consultant
